Supervising a Narcotics Unit Class

Many supervisors are being put in charge of Narcotics Units and they have never worked narcotics. This course will explain different supervision techniques a supervisor can use to run the unit. It will cover areas such as tracking of money used in drug operations, payment of confidential informants and a supervisor's role during many different drug operations.

Supervising a Narcotics Unit is an eight hour class.
